Shareholder Structure

I. Major shareholders of TAC include the National Development Fund of the Executive Yuan, Cathay Life Insurance, Mega International Commercial Bank, CTBC Bank, TransGlobe Life Insurance, and Evergreen Steel Corporation, accounting for 78% of total invested shares.

II. Current TAC's Board of Directors and Supervisors is composed of 10 member seats. The National Development Fund of the Executive Yuan holds 8 seats, rendering TAC as its single highest investment in a holding company in the aerospace industry, while another 1 seat is held by Mega International Commercial Bank .
